Court Sessions

Continuances
First continuance is granted to both Defendant and State upon notification no later than 12:00pm the day of  Court. All subsequent continuances must be based on a legal reason.

All continuances must be in writing and may be faxed to Patrick Flynn, Court Clerk. The original must be mailed with an original signature to Patrick Flynn, Clerk.

TMC has a basic form for continuances, please contact the Court for a copy.

Payment
Please contact or call the Court Administrator for all payment information. If you fax the request, the response will be faxed back to you within 24 hours.
Payment by money order is preferred over cash or local, personal check.
A printed receipt will be provided to each party making a payment.

FAILURE TO APPEAR
Any Defendant, with a traffic matter, who fails to appear in Court to answer the charge or charges may have either a Bench Warrant for Contempt of Court issued and/or the Driver's License suspended.

Any Defendant, with a non-traffic matter, who fails to appear to answer the charge or charges will have a Bench Warrant for Contempt of Court issued for immediate arrest.
