The Port Wentworth Municipal Court is in session on each
of the first and third Tuesdays of every month at 4:00 PM.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Any rescheduled cases must be done by 5:00PM, one day prior to
the Court date. If a defendant fails to pay a fine or appear in Court
as scheduled, that persons driving privileges will be suspended.

FINE PAYMENT
Traffic fines may be paid anytime between 8:30AM and 5:00 PM up through the day prior to the scheduled Court appearance. Failure to comply with that requirement will obligate the defendant to appear in court on the date and time shown on the traffic citation or subpoena.

The Court will only accept money orders, cash or cashier's check written for the exact amount required for any fine(s) ordered.
