Request for Jury Duty Reschedule

Please Read Carefully
  1. Your request must be received at least five working days prior to your assigned week of service. Requests submitted after the deadline are automatically denied.

  2. If you do not receive a message reassigning you to a new week of service, by return e-mail, regular mail or by phone, nor a denial notice, you must contact the Jury Services Division before your week of service.

  3. You are only allowed ONE DEFERRAL.  Second deferral requests will be automatically denied.

  5. Please indicate the week within the present term of court,  (three month terms) and before the end of the calendar year, to which you would like to be rescheduled. If your deferral Request is Granted, and if possible, you will be rescheduled to that week or one close to it.
