Superior Court Office Hours The Clerk of Superior Court is a constitutional officer who must maintain certain hours of operation and must remain open during normal business days. General Information: Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Holidays: Chatham County recognizes the following holidays and the office will be closed. Chatham County Holiday Schedule Unexpected Closures: The only time this office is closed is when the Chatham County Commission makes a formal announcement of closure or if there is a holiday (pursuant to Georgia Law) During Inclement weather i.e. hurricane, please check with radio/television for additional information.
